Dr Who Number Ten: David Tennant

Well after the news that Eccleston was leaving this was not a real surprise.
So David Tennant (of Russel T Davies Cassinova) will step into he role of The Doctor for the second series of Russel T Davies' Doctor Who, he will probably first been seen in the Christmas special - which will be Christopher Ecclestons last story .
Billie Piper is set to return in the second series as the Doctor's Companion Rose.
David Tennant can be heard in Big Finish's Adventures of Luther Arkwright - Out Now

Mr Tennant will also be on the big screen soon in Harry Potter and The Goblet of Fire (as Barty Crouch Jnr), was seen on our TV only the other week in the live 'Quatermass Experiment'

Doctor Who credits to date are: 'Doctor Who: A New Dimension' documentary narrator and the BBC webcast 'Doctor Who: Scream of the Shalka'
