Eccleston Quits Doctor Who

It seems like just a few months ago we were wondering who is going to be the 9th Doctor (waiit a minute it WAS only a few months ago) - now it looks like we are going to wonder who will be Doctor 10 as Christopher Eccleston has quit the series.
At scifind we are hoping this is an early April Fool but seriously fear not.
Cassinova star David Tennant has already been named to take the helm.
