J Shaun Lyon is a leading light in today's Doctor Who fan community, including as creator and editor of ‘Outpost Gallifrey’ (www.gallifreyone.com), the most popular and influential Doctor Who website on the Internet, and as co-creator and program director of Gallifrey One, North America's longest-running annual Doctor Who celebration.
