Help for the Disorganised
Review date: 2010-07-17 Rating: 8 out of 10
I'm not quite sure if I have ADHD or not but I love this book. It's full of really useful coping strategies writen by women like me. I really enjoyed the sense of humour running through the book - at times I really did laugh out loud! I would have liked it even more if there was a British edition or I could buy some of the products mentioned over here.

i bought this book a while ago and it has been invaluable to me lots of tips from household chores to work, and parenting. all tips written by women with adhd, so you know they will work, and as tips are short and catogrised its easy to dip in and out of, wether you use any tips or not its great to know others struggle with same things and seeing how they work through it.
i highly reccommend this one
