i've not done any of Lynn Robinson's workouts before...I like variety so have quite a few Pilates DVD's but this one was just too basic for my liking. Lynn explained everything really well but I just felt that it was too slow and disjointed - each exercise was filmed separately and didn't seem to flow from one to the next. The DVD lasted fro about 20mins so I'd recommend to anyone who has no or very little Pilates exposure - it's a good introduction.
