Gritty, quite violent thriller set in the world of the Sicilian Mafia, and taking place in both New York & Sicily. 40 years ago Julian Salina's father had a favour from the Sicilian Mafia, now Julian (Brad Davis,-Midnight Express, Chariots Of Fire), has to repay it.
