Well Worth Watching
Review date: 2008-05-28 Rating: 8 out of 10

Yet another promising but short lived series with some good episodes and above average acting. Sadly they only made one season and that ended on a strange note. Not a classic but well worth the money.

Reviews

Great artwork, shame about the episodes
Review date: 2008-03-09 Rating: 2 out of 10

There's a fantastic shot of Brooke Langton on the front of this box set, but I am afraid it is all down hill from there.

As bad as 'True Movies'
Review date: 2008-01-19 Rating: 4 out of 10

Decided to purchase this box set as it looked like extremely good value for the number of episodes and length. Unfortunately I had never seen an episode before and if I had it would definitely have put me off. The acting is worse than in the 'made for TV' movies from the States and the cinematography reminds me of those Australian soaps set in the outback that used to be on in the afternoons. The plot is vaguely similar to the movie of the same name but I can understand why it only lasted one series.
My advice would be to spend a little extra and get a quality product like 'The Sopranos', 'The Shield' or 'The Wire'.
Even 'Sleeper Cell' looks like an Emmy winner compared to this.

Excellent Value for a 16 Hour Box set

The Net - Warning
Review date: 2007-05-28 Rating: 10 out of 10

Great series, but if you buy the episodes DO NOT watch the last episode on Disc one called Y2K Total System Failure, as this is in fact the 18th episode in the series and will spoil everything! Just skip the episode and continue enjoying the great series.
