Although the guide seems to indicate rather large amounts of campsites in France, Greece and Spain, the coverage in the rest of Europe is rather limited.

Maybe AA should have issued separate guides for the more popular camping destinations, so the 'rest' of Europe may have been covered in a little bit more detail in this guide.
