What a shame, these books are great, The Author Anthony Horowitz is an expert at young adult, the Alex Rider books and Ravens gate are great. Only Stephenie Meyers comes close. This is the guy who should have wrote the young James Bond series.
Come on Anthony write another Alex Rider novel, you know it will be a best seller.

My two teen boys loved it, I enjoyed it. This series should be carried on, I am aware the author has moved on to Ravens Gate, Jason Steed and now writing screen plays, but the series is brilliant and does get youngsters and young adults reading.
I enjoy all his work and would like to see more Rider out of all the young teen hero's Alex is better than Jimmy Coates, Young James Bond,Cody Banks, Cherub and is only just beaten by Jason Steed.
As good as Jason Steed, better than James Bond.

Another great Alex Rider advneture.Its as good as Fledgling Jason Steed, better than the young James Bond books.
Anthony has now really got into the charater nad is producing some great story lines. I would expectto see some more films made from his books. This would be a box office hit.

Action packed and exciting

This book is full of narrow escapes and fast attacks. It shows Alex Rider in the lifestyle of the rich after being a guest to Nikolei Drevin the Russian billionaire. The whole story is filled with plot twists and clues of the ending. Unpredictable, a great book.
A GOOD BOOK BUT NOT THAT GOOD

I have enjoyed all the books in the alex rider series and i like this book very much. I find the humor fuuny and unlike some of the sences in some of the cherub books it is sutiabal for all ages. My main critisisum of the Alex Rider series is that he does things that are unrealisic of a 16 year old kid with a BMX. Overall a good series but if above the age of 12 i would strongly recommend the cherub books instead as i find they are much more realisic.
